WE EMPLOY INTERVAL TRAINING TO MAXIMIZE FITNESS AND ADULT CLASSES LAST 90 MINUTES. DURING THAT TIME, MEMBERS CAN BURN OVER 1000 CALORIES! SINCE FIGHTERS MUST ‘CUT WEIGHT’ FOR THEIR BOUTS, WEIGHT LOSS IS A SPECIALITY WITH AGOURA BOXING AND OUR COACHES GUIDE MEMBERS ON THEIR PERSONAL DIETS, COUNSELLING THEM ON WHAT AND WHEN TO EAT TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR WORKOUTS, TO BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE AND TONE UP.
AGOURA BOXING OFFERS A VARIETY OF CLASSES AT DIFFERENT TIMES, SO KEEP CHECKING THE SCHEDULE FOR MORE EXITING CLASSES AS THEY OCCUR. AT THE MOMENT THE GYM IS OPEN DAILY MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FROM 4.30 PM TO 8.30 PM, FRIDAYS FROM 6.00 PM TILL 7.30 PM FOR OPEN WORKOUT AND SATURDAY FROM 11.00 AM TILL 2.00 PM. HOURS WILL CHANGE AS WE ADD MORE CLASSES.
AGOURA BOXING IS A VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY PLACE TO TRAIN AT, FROM OUR YOUNGEST MEMBER MATT AT 7 YEARS OLD TO DAVE AT 54 YEARS OLD, OUR MEMBERS ARE TEACHERS, LAWYERS, SALES PEOPLE, NURSES, REALTORS, SCHOOL KIDS, STAY AY HOME PARENTS, GRANDADS, AUNTS AND UNCLES, MOTHERS AND FATHERS.
